Service III

Restoration of accounting records.

We restore accounting records that have not been kept, or have been kept incompletely: we establish the actual state of affairs, recover missing primary documents, recalculate tax obligations, and file amended tax returns. The aim is to bring the company's accounts back into a condition that complies with legal requirements and to reduce the risk of tax liability.

Who it's for

This is the right solution for you if…

Companies whose accounting stopped when a previous service arrangement ended

Companies with several months' or years' worth of gaps in accounting and filing

Companies that have received an enquiry or notice of an inspection from an authority

Scope

What the service includes

01

Establishing the actual state of affairs

Within an agreed period we prepare a written finding: which data exist, which documents are missing, the tax risk involved, and the scope of the work required.

02

Recovery of documents

We approach suppliers, customers and credit institutions to recover invoices, bank statements and contracts.

03

Recalculation of transactions

We re-record business transactions and recalculate value added tax, corporate income tax and payroll-related taxes.

04

Amended returns

We file amended tax returns and prepare explanations for the changes made to the data submitted.

05

Communication with the authorities

Where a control procedure has already begun, we take over communication and, in accordance with the law, submit requests for extensions of time.

06

Handover of restored accounts

Once the work is complete, we either take over ongoing bookkeeping or hand over the restored accounting database under a handover certificate.

A transparent and straightforward process

We value your time, so we streamline the process and keep only what matters.

1

Urgent assessment

We determine the scope of work and provide a written work plan with deadlines and fee terms.

2

Gathering documents

We compile a list of missing documents and coordinate their recovery.

3

Putting the registers in order

We complete the accounting registers, recalculate taxes and prepare amended returns.

4

Completion

We file the returns, hand over the accounting database, and provide recommendations on future arrangements.
